Christopher Homes Realty is Mark Stuhmer's Las Vegas luxury brokerage, with more than $2 billion in sales since 1994. They needed a website that matched the calibre of their listings — fast, elegant, and easy to browse — with live MLS property search built in.
Christopher Homes sits at the top of the Southern Nevada luxury market, but needed a site that could present multimillion-dollar listings with the polish high-net-worth buyers expect. It had to pull live inventory from the MLS, let buyers search by community, price, and property type, and stay fast despite heavy, image-rich property pages — all while making it effortless to reach Mark directly.
We designed and built a custom WordPress site on Elementor with an integrated IDX property search, dedicated community pages for Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin, agent profiles, and a blog for organic search. Performance was tuned with WP Rocket caching and optimized media so the image-heavy listing pages still load quickly, and the site is structured to rank for high-intent luxury real estate searches across the Las Vegas Valley.
